If you have started playing with a local world, you can switch this to your server following the guide below:
Changing your Server MOTD:
1. If you are one windows, head to C:\Users\<WINDOWS_USERNAME>\AppData\LocalLow\IronGate\Valheim\worlds_local. Find 2 files - world_name.db and world_name.fwl
2. Log into the Pterodactyl panel and open your server
3. Ensure your server is shutdown and not running
4. Head to the File Manager
5. Navigate to .config/unity3d/IronGate/Valheim/worlds_local
6. Upload your world_name.db and world_name.fwl file to this directory
7. Head to the Startup Page and modify your "World Name" to match the world_name of your 2 files
8. Head to the console page and restart your server
