You may need to create additional DNS records, for example if you are trying to use your domain on one of our minecraft servers!
1. Login to your Direct Admin Panel. The website link varies depending on which node you are on - check your service in the client area, or the email you received on sign up.
2. Head to "Account Manager". The location of this page varies depending on what theme you are using.
3. Click "DNS Management". You can now create & modify DNS records.
Please note that this will only work if you are using our Name Servers. If you are using cloudflare or another DNS provider, then modifying these settings will do nothing.
